Broker Launch Roadmap
Proposal approval & contract
In this stage, we agree on the timeline, deliverables, and pricing. It establishes the project framework and allows us to start legal and procurement preparations.
Name Selection & Domain Reservation
In this stage, we will work with you to define your brand identity. Key activities include:
- Receiving several name suggestions from the client.
- Checking domain availability and reserving suitable domains.
- Verifying the possibility of using the name with MetaQuotes.
- Investigating the possibility of registering with the Saint Lucia Companies Registry.
Company Registration
Submitting the selected name to the relevant country's Companies Registry.
Server, Website & Branding Setup
In this stage, our teams establish the technical foundation, create the website, and define the visual identity of your brand, ensuring everything is ready for a professional market launch.
Physical office, power of attorney, PSP banking foundations
We assist with securing a physical office, registering the office address in company documents and on the website, drafting local power of attorney letters, and preparing documents for opening bank accounts and connecting to Payment Service Providers (PSPs). These steps are essential for establishing credibility and enabling secure payment processing.
Submission & final approval of documents to MetaQuotes
We collect, organize and submit the corporate and KYC documentation required by platform vendor (MetaQuotes) and coordinate the process until the documents are reviewed and approved by MetaQuotes.
MetaTrader Licensing & Initial Platform Setup
We secure the MetaTrader license agreed with the client, ensuring everything is ready to begin platform setup. We then perform the initial platform configuration including account setup, basic instruments and access.
Liquidity provisioning & bridge installation
We negotiate and contract with selected Liquidity Providers and implement a liquidity bridge to the trading platform. Contract terms and Liquidity paths are structured according to your chosen execution model.
CRM Setup & Integration
We set up a professional CRM system and connect it with the key parts of your trading operation. Key activities include:
- Renting or installing a professional broker CRM (user and back-office panel)
- Connecting the CRM with MetaTrader 5
- Integrating with PSP systems and website infrastructure
Payment & Crypto Integration
We contract with online payment gateway providers, including banking gateways (for the broker's target market) and cryptocurrency gateways, to enable deposits and withdrawals for our clients. These gateways are connected to the website and user panel, and test transactions are performed to ensure the system is working properly.
System Readiness & Testing
We conduct a full test of all key modules to ensure everything works securely. This includes checking website, MetaTrader 5, CRM, server, and payment gateway operations, as well as reviewing compliance with KYC, AML, and security standards.
